Product and User Experience Design Leader.

I design and build AI-native products where systems, data, and the user meet. Today that work runs through the Live Learn Innovate Foundation, CrimCaseAI, and Todaiyo, applying 25 years of craft to missions where the next user interaction is half UI, half model.

I started in voice and natural-language systems. That was an early foundation in designing how humans interact with intelligent machines. Over time I scaled that into UX and product leadership, including UX for a $1.2B business unit administering 75M+ shareholder records a year.

More recently I've moved back to hands-on building. I prototype directly in code with AI-assisted environments like Claude Code, Lovable, and Bolt, and I've helped teams shift out of traditional design tools and into code-first workflows. Faster iteration, tighter collaboration with engineering, and more meaningful validation earlier in the product lifecycle.

  1. Development

    I began my career as a developer, spending the first 10 years building Voice User Interface (VUI) applications. That foundation is why I still work close to the code: design decisions and implementation decisions sharpen each other.

    I'm passionate about design and committed to lifelong learning. Professionally, I have extensive experience designing user interfaces across customer channels.

  3. Leadership

    I lead design teams that include VUI and UI/UX designers, researchers, BAs, and front-end developers. With years of hands-on experience in both design and development, I lead with empathy and understanding.

  4. Consulting

    I began as a consultant for Chubb, placed at FCTC in Jersey City, NJ. At Computershare, I've consulted extensively across business lines without dedicated UX departments.
